This recently built secluded boutique villa is in the newly discovered region of Puglia, famous for its azure skies, stunning beaches, sun baked dry stone walls and ancient hobbit like trulli (conical roofs) as well as golden olive oil and melt-in-the mouth burrata cheese. 

This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa has modern interiors throughout, with calming colours to make you feel rested from the moment you arrive. Glass sliding doors in the living space and main bedroom create a light and airy feel. Furnishings and fittings throughout are of a very high standard; tactile grey porcelain flooring, subtle lighting, electric windows as well as luxury fabrics - great if you like a rustic setting with a large dollop of style! The open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area have stunning rural views and outside, the peace and quiet is interrupted only by bird song, the bubbling pool and the occasional tractor. There are several spaces for eating al fresco; the roof terrace which overlooks the contemporary 20m pool and jet pool, perfect for a bit of star gazing, a stunning modern pergola and the barbecue area. There are also occasional chairs and benches to curl up with a book under the dappled shade of the olive trees.  This is inside/outside living at its best.

The villa is self-catering and groceries are easily available from the nearby towns of San Vito dei Normanni or San Michele Salentino. If you fancy a cappuccino and a spot of people watching or a chance to sample some of what Puglia is best for, there are numerous restaurants in the pretty towns of Ostuni, Oria, Martina Franca, Cisternino, Martina Franca and Locorontondo. There are also many beaches all of which are within an easy driving distance. 

May be unsuitable for children under 8 due to the roof terrace and the pool not being fenced off. 

The villa is closed from November to April inclusive.
